Option three in detail
Campaign Co-Pilot, four weeks.
We won't simply hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out. We'll be involved in executing the work we've agreed to deliver. WBC confirms campaign feasibility, timeline, availability and deliverables before enrollment, and the signed agreement names the exact deliverables for your campaign.
Eight meetings, four weeks
+Eight private meetings across four consecutive weeks, two each week.
+The first two meetings establish business priorities and campaign strategy.
+The remaining six support execution, progress reviews, adjustments and completion.
+Each meeting lasts between 60 and 120 minutes.
+Standard schedule: one 90 minute business assessment, one 90 minute strategy session, and six 60 minute implementation meetings.

Standard production scope
One clearly defined campaign, one primary platform or activation, and an approved set of deliverables.
Standard example: up to four original promotional designs, associated campaign copy or captions, one publishing or activation schedule, launch support using the approved materials, one round of consolidated launch adjustments, and a final performance summary.
Equivalent deliverables may be substituted in the written scope for an event, fundraising initiative, product launch or community campaign.
Two reasonable creative revision rounds are included within the agreed production scope.
Delivery stays within approximately 20 to 24 agency labor hours across meetings, planning, production, implementation and reporting.

WBC reviews campaign feasibility, timeline, availability and deliverables, then sends a written scope and agreement. The kickoff scheduler opens only after the agreement is signed and the initial payment is verified.
There is no public calendar link. Scheduling always follows a verified payment.
Upgrading between services
Already started with a consultation?
If you move into Campaign Co-Pilot within 10 business days, the professional fees you already paid can be credited toward the $3,600 package when WBC approves reuse of the completed work. We do not repeat discovery or strategy you have already paid for.

Converting to a monthly retainer
Your investment moves with you.
If we work well together and your business is ready for ongoing support, your eligible investment in WBC's short term services can be applied toward a qualifying new monthly partnership. You won't have to start the relationship from scratch. We'll already understand your business, your priorities, and the work we've accomplished together.
+Credit equals 100% of eligible professional service fees actually paid.
+A new monthly retainer agreement with a minimum three month initial commitment is signed within 10 business days of completing the eligible package.
+The credit is applied once, toward future professional monthly retainer fees.
+No more than 50% of a monthly professional fee is applied as credit on any individual invoice.
+Unused eligible credit carries forward while the qualifying contract remains active.
+Taxes, payment processing charges, third party expenses and refunded amounts are excluded.
+Amounts already used as upgrade credits are not counted a second time.
+Unused credit is never converted into a cash refund.
+Monthly retainers are individually quoted.
Monthly retainers remain individually quoted. The exact credit amount and application schedule appear in the new agreement before signing. Nothing is charged automatically.
